You can't cancel a completed payment, you would need to contact the seller or recipient and request a refund.
You can only cancel if the payment is showing as unclaimed with a cancel option which happens if the payment is going to an incorrect / non-existent email address and so would never complete.
If its showing pending/unclaimed without a cancel option then it would time out at 30 days if the recipient did not claim the payment.
