I apologize for the trouble the hold has caused. PayPal may place a hold on funds for a variety of reasons, but whenever you receive the payment via goods/services you’ll have access to your pending payment after a maximum of 21 days, to ensure a safer and secure environment. If your account is limited, please check your Resolution Center.
