What is withheld money? If its reserves where do I find information about it? I read the article about rolling and minimum reserves and they mention there: 'Once a reserve is placed, you will receive communications outlining the terms of your reserve. Your terms are also outlined in your account." Where?

I also dont know why would paypal put me on reserves as I havent had any charge backs in my whole business career.

Hi Kanatanx,

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome as a new member!

If a buyer pays you and the payment is on hold or unavailable right away, we’ll notify you via email or an alert on your Summary. It’s a common industry practice that we implement to help ensure the safe use of PayPal services by buyers and sellers alike. This type of hold is for 21 days unless valid tracking information is received, confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer's location. More information on these types of holds can be found here - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/why-is-my-payment-on-hold-or-unavailable-faq1987

Reserves are different, and if this are placed on the account you will be notified via email. Information on the Reserves process, and why this may be implemented can be found here - https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/what-are-reserves-faq2371.
