Ebay verified my bank information on November 1, and I on November 10, was debited $3.35. Now I see another Debit on December 6. It seems to be a monthly debit. Why? I have no store, no Subscription, no sales. How can I determine why this recurring $3.35 debit? I just deleted my only product. Will that help to stop the recurring debit? If not, what can I do?

There are chances you might have an unrecognized billing agreement, you can locate and terminate it.
