Unable to Send money to contacts from PayPal Account without adding credit card

I do not have a credit card in Europe and i do not want to use my Indian credit card here and hence don't want to attach it to my Paypal Account here. I am unable to send money to my contacts without adding a credit card to my account. This was not the case in April, from June i am facing this issue. Can I ntot use Paypal account without credit card ? I have linked 1 bank account but unable to link another back account because the app is not able to handle redirections, throws "Frame load error". With the 1 German bank account linked why am i facing this issue 😞

I don't have a credit card, I opened mine with a debit card. If you have already added your bank account can't you just use your card details from that? It sounds like a technical issue on your account if it's not allowing any other accounts rather than a credit card though. If you don't manage to resolve it I'd use the chat option when they're open in 6 hours.
