Tried to buy something, the website gave me error, but the money has been taken from Paypal

I wanted to buy something on a website. I selected buying with Paypal. I selected the card, clicked confirm. Then the website doesn't loads correctly, an error message appears. I don't have a confirmation that the purchase has happened. I haven't receive any email confirming the purchase. All I have is a notification from my bank app that the money has been taken.

This is my latest transaction on Paypal. If I go to Activity, it doesn't appear. If I go to the Resolution Center, and try to report a problem, they ask me to select the transaction that gives me the problem; again, I can't select it. The only way to see the transaction is on the notification bell, it's the last notification. If I click on the notification nothing happens.

Now, what do I do? I can't call Paypal within 6 hours, they're not open yet in my country. How can I get the money back as quick as possible?

The message in the notification bell says this:

Preauthorization $369.99 USD
On 27 September 2021, $369.99 USD was preauthorized for a purchase on your card xx-xxxx. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off, usually within a day.

like the notification says, the authorization will eventually expire and drop off as if it never happened in your payment method..

you can’t report or dispute an authorization within 30 days of it appearing on your account...it’s not a completed charged. However, if the authorization for some reason remains on your card/bank account beyond 30 days, call your card/bank or PayPal to void it.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
