I don't understand why I transfer money to my bank account, yet my bank account is DEBITED that amount? What did I do wrong?

Did you click on 'add funds' thinking it added them to your bank account instead of 'withdraw funds' which would transfer them to your bank account?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
