I'm trying to send USD to my bank account (WISE) and every time i try to transfer money it says that there seems to be a problem at the moment. I've tried sending it to the Debit card affiliated to the same bank and it gives me the same problem. Funny thing, I have already sent money to this bank by using xoom and I didn't have any issues. Now apparently it doesn't like my bank.
Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks). Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying. If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
