Transfer funds link doesn't work?

I click on TRANSFER FUNDS and the website doesn't goes nowhere and then comes back to the same page?

Is the link broken?

I'm having the same problem. And the link on the Summary page looks different. It says I have funds available, but when I click on it nothing happens.
