Transfer Error

When I try to transfer from PayPal to your bank account, I get the following message.
Why was this possible when I did the same transfer about an hour ago?

I am having this problem too, not sure why, hopefully it's just a PayPal error and they will get it sorted asap.

I just got the same error!!! Yet I always transfer, I wonder what's going on today?
