I made a transections, it was my first use, I transferred some amount to my RBC bank account and it showed in Paypal that approved and fund was deducted from my paypal. But the amount was not yet added to my accounts in last 38 hours. What to do to refund the amount? There is no refund options shown in my transection activity.
