Transaction not showing in activity history for in app purchase ?

Want to refund a paypal payment for an in app purchase mistakenly thought to be a real money casino slots app, but turned out to be a $23 saving deducted pending payment limbo i want to quickly refund but in my activity history it doesn't show the purchase at all, just my bank account being $23 poorer, how do i just refund through a seller and buyer transaction id and emailed invoice that should speed up the process of spending that $23 on a real money casino app and cashing out with a hundred dollars. just want to know how to get a refund for the purchase that's got the receipts invoice emailed as proof of purchase despite activity log not showing the pending payment limbo my savings account showing the transaction occuring.

The easiest way to obtain a refund would be to reach out to the merchant directly and request a refund. 

 

However, from your message, it sounds like this could be listed as a guest transaction however if this is the case the payment will show as 'complete' on your bank account. 

 

You will need to contact us for a refund if the transaction was made via a guest account. 

 

If the payment is showing as pending on your bank or card, this should drop off in 3-5 business days but I would advise contacting your bank for more information.
