Transaction not processed

Hello

I have gone to purchase a service using Paypal but the amount has not been sent and I have not noticed the payment being sent from my bank. I don't know whether to repurchase the service again or wait for the payment to be sent again. What is the best method for me to use?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account or does it not show at all?
