I do understand your concern regarding your UPS purchase. If you made any payment using PayPal, you will always receive an email with the payment details. If the payment is not reflecting in your activity, it is possible that it carried through a guest check out which means a transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, however you may not have logged in to your account to perform the transaction.
If there's any issue with the purchase, our purchase protection policy covers the payment and helps you to get refund if certain requirements are met.
