I tried to pay my order on PatPat app. My transaction was denied few times, and I quitted. Than I saw that amount was charged by PatPat with Pay pal. They say they didn't get the money. That payment is not visible in my pay pal transactions! Like it doesn't exists. But in my bank they can see the transaction. Please help me.
The transactions you see in your bank statement is marked as ”Pending”? If yes, they will eventually disappear and money released back into your account. If it’s still appearing as “Pending” after 30 days, ask your bank to void the authorizations.
