I understand you'd like to learn how to search for a previous transaction. Your statement or receipt should have the transaction ID. If you copy the transaction ID, you can use it to search on the PayPal Activity page online or in the PayPal Mobile App. You can also search the merchant's name on the Activity page if you have it. If you need any help locating the transaction, feel free to contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
