Transaction Rejected by Paypal from Ouo.

i linked paypal with ouo.io & i earned 5$ from ouo. & it says the transaction is rejected by Paypal.. i wanna know why is that?

Then why are you using a Malawi paypal account?

Paypal is not available or supported in Myanmar and you can't use another countries paypal account, it will never work for you.
