Status - On hold

I received the money in my PayPal account 4 days back still it is not been transferred to my bank account. It shows the message - You can accept payments, but as a new merchant, your full balance won't be available right away.

How long do I need to wait to get the money in my Bank Account?
Is there anything I can do to make the process fast??

I guess because I created a new account, it is showing the status as On hold.

Any idea how much more time it might take to update the status? @kernowlass
