Hello, When trying to set up recurring payments with Spotify, I get the following error: "Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time.". Can someone please tell me how to fix it?

Philippines is not on the affected country, what do I do? I also get the same problem, but this time it's on Playstore

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some road-blocks setting up a subscription / recurring payment with certain merchants. I'd first recommend your funding sources are valid, up-to-date and confirmed. If they are, I'd recommend checking your billing agreement page to cancel any old agreement with that merchant to start a new one. If you're still running into issues after that, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. 

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
