Sending money to family and friends

Hello I am trying to send money to family in the US. However the only option I have for the transfer purpose is good or services. Is there no option for family and friends for transfers. I was informed this category could cause tax issues.

Friends/family option is unfortunately not available in every country, don't think its available in U.A.E.
