Hello! I hope someone can help me...
Asos processed a refund to me on 11th of January 2022 and until now nothing reflects in my PayPal account.
I contacted Asos and they provided me with Transaction ID however it does not help me to solve the problem because it has been several months but still have not been solved. What do I need to do? Any ideas? I am from Europe so calling would be very expensive taking into consideration that this call will not be a short one. Thank you!

If you are from Europe why are you posting with a US PayPal personal account? Could it be you have two PayPal accounts? Make sure you check both accounts. Also, refunds go back to original payment method. So if you paid by bank, refund will go back to bank. If you paid with card, the refund goes back to card.

- My account is a seller account when I don't want it like that in Managing Account Archives
- Paypal Sends email many days after I have send money. Makes me crazy in Managing Account Archives
- Date Format On Transactions etc wrong in Managing Account Archives
- Can’t delete account pending transaction in Managing Account Archives
- Close account/change country - doesn't work because of open transaction in Managing Account Archives
