When you cancel a site from automatic payment such as Facebook and Zoom I can't pay again Can I add them back to the automatic payment?

Need to link your PayPal or pay with PayPal again at your Facebook and Zoom accts.
When linking it gives me a rejectionI tried on a Facebook account and a Zoom account
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
