Hello to all of you. I have a problem. I am trying to withdraw the money from "Preply" and I'mgettingthe whole time "RECEIVER_COUNTRY_NOT_ALLOWED" . My Account country is Ukraine. And as far as I know it should work.
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646
You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments which is what the payment you are trying to receive would be viewed as.
