Problems with withdrawal in Republic of Moldova

Hello! I'm from Moldova and last time I had some problems with withdrawal to my bank card, now I need this again and want to be sure that everything will be okay. Latest time when I tried to withtraw from balance to card, it said that I can do it only to U.S. bank account, but my good mate does it without any problems, why? Maybe i miss some settings?

Did you finally resolve this issue? I'm wondering if it's worth it to link my PayPal to my Moldova bank account (for which I have a Mastercard debit card) if I can't withdraw any money 🤔

Yeah, solved, but the thing is that you can't link Moldova bank account, only U.S.
The way you can withdraw is only to link Visa card and withdraw to it, Mastercard is not accepted
