Pending payment, cannot access money even on the stated date

I have a transaction which initiated on 24/3/22. customer received the goods 30/3/22.

I have updated the tracking number etc. Royal mail have confirmed delivery as has the buyer.

Yet still, MY money is sat with paypal and I cannot get access to MY money. they have taken the fee but are holding what is not theirs to hold, hostage. I tried the resolution centre but technical error.... I'm at a loss to what to do. I waited until today the 14th as I was advised but STILL no joy. All i want is MY money. I can't use them again if they are going to do this, I needed the money when the item was sold-not 21 days later!

Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.
If completed and no funds are released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
