Hi!
I requested a payment which has been paid by the buyer but on my Activity page it still says 'Pending' and I don't have access to this amount.
It happend before that I had to wait certain days to get my payment but thid one says I will only get it when its sent. The problem is that it's a preorder item that will be available next year. For this reason I wanted to refund the payment to the buyer and find a different way, but I don't have any Refund button as usual and even the Resolution Centre gives me an error message.
How can I refund this amount or claim it? I read that it should expire after 30 days is that true?
