Pending Transfer

Hello, I made the transaction last November 4th and Paypal said I should expect it to arrive on or before November 9 because they have 3-4 working days. This is my newly added bank and until now I haven’t received my transfer. This happens to me before, transferred a balance, but didn’t receive it. So I am very nervous. I want an assistance from the real customer service. I am willing to provide more information if they insist.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
