I ordered a plane ticket and used Paypal as payment. The airline was unable to complete my order because the flight I chose was no longer available. The payment says "Pending" because Paypal is waiting on the airline to push the order through which will not happen because the order is canceled.
How can I release the Paypal fund so it is no longer pending?
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
