Hi. I have set up PayPal as my main method for receiving payments on my store. When people in the US click on buy Paypal gives them the option to pay using their Paypal account or pay with a credit card directly. When people in the Dominican Republic click on the pay button they only get the option of using the PayPal account. Is there a way to figure this out or is it just because PayPal doesn't offer credit card payment in the DR? I use google chrome browser and upgrade my account to business recently.
