I am very disappointed with paypal's service. I made a withdrawal request and made a mistake with the account number. I called customer service today and asked for it to be cancelled which they cant do so i asked for a trace number for me to quote my bank. My bank told me that the account number is non existent so the money will bounce back to paypal. I just dont understand that paypal cant give me trace number when paypal deals with bank transfers and is a financial institution. I will definitely report this to the financial authority of Singapore and will file a claim if this is not taken care of
Not to rag on too long. But, PayPal essentially black-listed a poor chap in Ukraine -war, what war?- over a dispute that I filed and that he immediately resolved. I've lost track of him, although I did send him $200 to help his family.
