Paypal charged 100 Pesos (Philippine currency) from my bank account in order to generate a 4-digit code and it promised to refund within 24 hours. But after I confirm using the 4-digit code, I still did not receive the refund in my bank account until now. It's been 3 days already.

Do you mean debit card and not bank account?
Only with a bank account paypal deposit money, with a card they charge you and refund as per info in link.

Ah, yes I meant debit card, thanks. When will receive the refund? Because I thought the refund will be processed within 24 hours from the time of confirming the card by entering the 4-digit code. Hoping for your response. Thank you.
