I have had 2 payments taken from my bank account on 30.5.22.for £62.99 and £78.99 by AVG. This was done without my consent. I cancelled this company when I bought a new computer last year. I do admit they have been pestering me about taking.out their security for the Computer but I have built in security in this new one and I cancelled any agreement I had with them in 2021. As you can see there were no payments made to them in 2021. Which is proof of my cancellation with this company

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
