Hi, I have an email adress wich created 2 paypal accounts...Both linked to my store...One account recieved a payment, the wong one..payment is on hold because its not the right email address as specified on store, the same addres i mentioned before is linked to the store...so how did the payment went to the wrong address? I am losing my mind! It's not a Shopify related Issue it's paypal's...It created an account from a non existing email address...wich somehow is now linked to my real address..i have all transaction ID's, all data but I cant reach anyone to help me!
