Payment under authorization for over 10 days

Over 10 days ago I made payment that is still in the authorization stage even that the seller told me it should be released within up to 10 days, what should I do?

Do you mean the seller told you the funds were on hold? If so then if the payment is marked as completed in your Paypal account then you have paid. The fact its pending on the sellers account is between them and Paypal.
Funds for new sellers are held for 21 days but released more quickly if they provide a tracking number (delivery + 1 day).

Even if the funds were withdrawn to their bank account they are still obliged to issue a refund if they lose a dispute. The hold is to protect Paypal from bad sellers that refuse, meaning Paypal may have to refund the buyer instead putting the sellers account into negative until they pay Paypal back.

If they refuse to send item/service then you could file a dispute for non receipt.
That may impact their paypal account in some way if they continue doing so.

No it's not completed, here what it say since the first min: This is a temporary authorization to make sure your funding source will cover the payment. Your funding source will be charged when Cashstar + Roblox completes your order.

ok that is different then......................

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.

Thx for the info, so should I wait 30 days or talk to someone? PayPal or the seller?

So checking back on my account and I found this was refunded to my card even before I made this post (in PayPal it was still pending) anyhow problem solved thx for the help
