Payment taking time

Hi my aunt sent me money via paypal to my paypal acc yesternight which was sun 10:05pm.Shes in germany am in kenya.She sent using my phone number as via the email had problems.Usually its instatenious but till now havent received anything and on her side it says it sent.What to do or how can i contact customer care via whatsapp
