Payment still on hold after 21 days

Hi guys my payment is still on hold. It's day 21 today. What should I do? This is an extremely frustrating process. Please kindly assit.

Its the 21st day up to midnight and allow 24 hours for the release after the 21 days hold.

Advice is voluntary.
