Payment pending

Hi, I have a pending payment from other person and it is pending for few days now. I would like to know when Will the money Will be available on my wallet. It says it is available by February 4, does that mean the date when I Will be able to get money? Thank you and kind regards.

Depends if its a pending echeck OR pending under the new seller hold?

I think it is the second option you've mentioned. This is the first time I have sold anything and the first time I am receiving payment. Thank you
