Payment is still pending due to stuck in loading screen.

Hi, my paypal stuck in the middle of payment which is non stop paypal loading icon for a few minutes but my card had been deducted. However due to the buffering I never got into registration page for the product and customer support of the product can't detect my payment. My payment still pending. How may I cancel that transaction in order to make a new one ? 4

Is it showing as pending unclaimed in your paypal account?

If so and its not captured by the seller then it should time out at 30 days post payment.
