Payment blocked because of international guidelines to BetMGM

On the BetMGM sports betting app to withdrawal funds to PayPal you first have to deposit money. When I go to deposit the minimum $10 I get an error message saying “transaction was canceled so to international limitations” how do I fix this?

“ To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined” Is the exact message I get. I also get the same message on DraftKings

So it says you have to get preapproval for gambling. How do you go about getting approved?

You would need to ask customer services.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

Same here and it's total bs. Someone at paypal is deciding how you use your money is what happened. Someone that works there flagged the account being a pos
