I received a payment that was an incentive for leaving positive feedback on an item i purchased. Paypal is not releasing it citing it looks strange and need verification i shipped my item! I have nothing to ship! How can i get the money released?
I have a similar situation. I performed a driveway clean on a clients house and have added paypal as a payment option to make it easier. I think the company is incredibly useless for anyone that doesnt ship or freight items. Let alone actually trying to get into contact with them. I think I will just remove the option from my business as these guys seem horrible to deal with.
