PayPal refund complete but it's not in the credit card yet, its over 30 days already

Got a refund from an online service, PayPal has successfully refunded apparently but no money came back yet and it's been 30+ days. Who do I contact?

Thank you for the post. I suggest you to contact the card issuer/bank for the payment(if the status of the payment on PayPal is Refunded). It is possible that they have any ongoing issue in reflecting the payment received. Please do contact PayPal support for further assistance.
