Order cancelled by seller, payment via pay in 4

I brought a washing machine via pay in 4, the first payment went through but then I revived an email from the seller saying it has been cancelled for an ‘unknown reason’. How does the refund process work for pay in 4 contracts? I’ve never had this happen before...
