Order cancelled by Louis Vuitton but debit money

Hi there. I placed an order on Louis Vuitton and they canceled my order for no reason.. I was debited from my bank account and the Paypal transaction disappeared, I received an e-mail telling me that I had make a payment via PayPal on the Louis Vuitton site, but the order has been canceled and the transaction is no longer present on my PayPal account. Will they reimburse me? And what should I do if I no longer have a transaction on my Paypal account?

Thank you for your post. 

I appreciate this must be concerning. It sounds like the transaction has been cancelled and did not complete via PayPal and your bank is holding this payment as a pending authorisation. 

As this is the case, your bank should release this authorisation after 3-5 business days. If they do not release this, you will need to reach out to them directly.
