Not able to receive refund

 The purchase in reference was made directly through Credit card and not through Paypal.i am claiming a retuned of INR **** against a purchase made on Bangood site but they are asking for Paypal account for initiating refund . but now they say that there is some problem with the account and that they are not able to initiate refund on this account . . The purchase in reference was made directly through Credit card and not through Paypal. Now please let me know what exactly is the problem with my paypal account and why Bangood is not able to initiate return to my Paypal account?

Hey @123mush

 

Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community. 

 

If the payment was made via PayPal using our debit/credit card, the seller will have the ability to issue a refund to the same credit/debit card. 

 

However, it sounds like you used your card directly not using PayPal, is this correct? I would advise reaching out to your card provider for more information on how this refund was processed first of all. 

 

Secondly, if the payment was not made via PayPal, your card provider may have the ability to assist with receiving a refund. I hope this advice helps.
