My money was withdraw twice from my bank account

Hey, 4 days ago I withdrew money from my bank card using PayPal, the amount was 700€, then 2 days later the same amount of money was withdrew from my bank, I talked to my bank and they said it’s a PayPal mistake. The problem is that it is shown only once through PayPal. I need urgent help please

Hello. So the problem is that I sent money to my daughter on PayPal as friends and family and PayPal withdrew the money from my bank twice but it’s shown on PayPal as once . I need help please
