Hi everyone, my name is Ayoub from MOROCCO, it's an emergency for me to have exact information !
Moroccan PayPal customer service said that it's not more allowed to withdraw from Paypal to Payoneer, they recommend I get a visa card, I already paid to get one, but i feel like I've got scammed! I paid the card fees and I'm waiting for another withdrawal fee, I should simply withdraw it to Payoneer that is linked with my bank account with a Mastercard ! The strange thing here is I know many friends who don't have this problem ! just yesterday a friend withdraw his balance simply without any concerns! I'm asking here if Paypal really start restricting withdrawals to Payoneer bank accounts! If there is a mistake, how I can complain to the customer service, I want to contact the MAIN department, I don't want to talk with Moroccan customer services anymore
Thanks

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

thanks for replying @kernowlass i appreciate that
so here is the thing , im trusting my virtual account , so The guys are not helping me doing this transaction , i contacted payoneer , and they said that it's all fine , my friend also he is withdrawing always and with any problem , so what im thinking is that is my country is pushing call centers in morocco to restrict people who withdraw to payoneer to AVOID fees !
I want to report that problem to supervisors to let me take the responsibility of my funds if they are lost , my bank accoutn is comfirmed and ready to receive or send money , so i don't want them to force me to not withdraw for security reasons
what i cna do

Lots of folks using Payoneer in 'all' countries have problems at some time or another.
The fact your friends are using it ok at the moment does not mean they won't hit issues at a later date.
If you don't believe me then read this comment from a Paypal employee / moderator.

Then scroll down past my advice to a moderator (Rich) that confirmed it.
