Hello, my account has been permanently limited.I am a teacher and my student pay me using PayPal One of my students wants a refund of the money paid.i can't complete that refund on my own , I don't want to be unfair to my student. Please help me.refund them the money already paid
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
