Money on hold. Followed all advice given

I was sent some money on my paypal business account which was put on hold. I contacted them through their help desk and they asked me to verify my account by phone confirmation and having received more than 200USD they would released my funds. They further added that i should register my debit card and they would release my funds. I have done all these and today they are not responding to my messages. Kindly advice

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear your recent payments have been placed on hold. I can certainly understand how concerning this is. I would recommend reviewing the following Help Center article for assistance: My payment is on hold. Why is this happening?
