Money not transferred to bank account after 5 days

I received payment on 21 September. It's been more than 5 days now and I haven't received the money in my bank account.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that the auto-withdrawal has not occurred. If the funds are still in your account, you can contact Customer Service to have them take a look at what's happening. If the funds were withdrawn but have not yet landed in your bank account, there may be a transfer delay. If they do not clear to your bank after 14 days has elapsed, reach out to Customer Service to request assistance.
