Hi, can someone tell me how to know that you have established a good history or credibility status on PayPal? Also. how can I avoid my money being On Hold?

Info as per link + how long it lasts is decided on an individual basis by Paypal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
